How to screenshot on Pixel 3

  • Choose the screen you want to capture.
  • Click the power button and volume down button at the same time.
  • Wait for the screen to dim or flashing.
  • You can check and edit your screenshot result by pulling down the notification bar or straight go to the gallery.
  • Save

The method above are the basic method to screen capture any android smartphone display. It is by far the easiest method shared through out the internet. Some smartphone manufacturer also has put it’s own unique way in order to screen cap it’s mobile device screen. Such as, Samsung with it palm swipe method and Motorola with it three finger method.   • Press and hold down the Power Button for at least 3 second.
  • The option menu will pop up.
  • Choose the screenshot from the option menu.
  • Wait for the app to take screenshot of your preferable display.
  • Edit or save your screenshot result.

By holding down the power button actually summon up the option menu on your screen display. This will be very helpful only if your volume down button is not working, or you just to lazy to click both button. There are also another helpful features in the option menu that you can easily experimenting with.
